emphasizing the enduring traces of Thai culture,
characterized by its distinct identity, grace, and humility.


It represents a style of cooking that reflects the cultural heritage and customs of Thailand,
passed down through generations and still evident in the food today. With over 30 years of travel experience,
visiting more than 80 countries, and sampling local cuisine from street food to Michelin 3-star fine dining,
I’ve come to appreciate the vast cultural differences in how food is enjoyed.
However, one thing that has always stood out and stayed with me is the unique taste of Thai cuisine. This inspired me to further study Thai food under a teacher who inherited culinary knowledge from the Thai Royal Family since the reign of King Rama VI. I also expanded my knowledge by studying international cuisine at world-renowned institutions. With this background, I opened a restaurant in the United States, aiming to blend the distinctiveness of Thai food with global and American culinary styles, making it accessible, easy to enjoy, and appealing to local tastes.
